Rhubarb- and strawberry smoothie
In this perfect brunch smoothie, I've tried to capture the taste of Swedish summer in liquid form!
Time approximately 10 minutes
Summery rhubarb- and strawberry smoothie
Ingredients 4 - 6 people
2 fresh rhubarb (roughly 140 g)
2 bananas
150 g fresh, ripe, strawberries
2 tsp raw vanilla
10 pitted dates
6 dl coconut- and almond milk
Method of preparing:
Rinse the rhubarb and cut off the woody ends. Peel the bananas. Pit the dates. Put everything in your high speed blender (such as the Ultimate blend from OBH Nordica). Add the vanilla as well as the coconut- and almond milk. Mix until smooth and serve!
